Custom Orders
Each of our rods are custom made. This means that we do not accept returns.
We source our blanks from Washington State, and all of our parts are made in the USA. We strategically pick out the highest quality materials so that your rod will be the best American Made rod on the water. Got a question? Special request? We'd love to talk.
Shipping
We ship via USPS or UPS. Each package is tracked and fully insured.
Warranty
Our warranty protects your rod against manufacture defects as well as excess wear and tear or accidents. We understand these things may happen and we are happy to replace sections of a rod or replace parts.
Manufacture defects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please send an email to Neshiemflyco@gmail.com with photos and a detailed explanation of the proposed defect. Upon determination of issue please ship the rod to us. We will fix or replace the issue no cost to you other than shipping.
Excess wear and tear and or accidents please send an email with photos and an explanation of what happened. Upon determination of the issue, ship us the rod and we will fix or replace the issue at a price based on your custom piece.
For the custom cork grips, the design will wear down over time. Although we seal them, the sun and water take a toll on this natural material. Ship your rod back to us and Rachel will touch it up the grip. The touch up will be determined on a case-by-case basis
